Compensation
Hospitality workers deserve security. We plan to provide full salaries including benefits to all of our employees. We’ll plan our pricing, scheduling, and training to account for this cost.

As a global tearoom, we care about diverse voices having a seat at the table. This will be reflected in our staff.
Tip-Free Service
Our employees will earn a fair, living wage not dependent on guest generosity or guilt. Our tip-free payment structure will also take the pressure off of guests to subsidize our employee expenses.
Environment
Luxe Tea will be committed to maintaining a supportive, collaborative environment for our employees. We won’t stand for the toxic habits that leave many hospitality staff members burned out and unhappy. Our leave policies will be generous, and respect will be expected of all team members, regardless of rank.
Training
Luxe Tea staff will get in-depth training across various disciplines. Each team member will have the opportunity to develop skills in multiple of Luxe Tea’s core functions.

Maintaining a cash-free operation is safer for our onsite employees. We’re committed to creating an environment where our employees can focus on providing guests with an impeccable dining experience absent the safety concerns of protecting cash on hand.
